Reminiscent of the sweet, earthy and open sound of Edie Brickell, Brandi Carlile, and Damien Rice, Sierra West brings an endearing quirkiness to her folksy ways. She sings with a smile in her voice, but there is an undertone of pain, regret yet hopefulness in her straightforward lyrics and finely woven melody.
